  • Can I exchange my item for something else?

    We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you would like a different item, you can return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. To find out how to return an item, please visit our Returns Page.
  • Can personalised items be returned?

    Items that have been personalised for you are non-returnable unless they are faulty. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order. This also applies if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number after your order has been placed.

    Returns Policy Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to offer exchanges.   • What if an item I received is damaged or faulty?

    If the item you received is damaged, faulty, or has parts missing, please create a return through our Returns Centre or contact our Customer Service team for assistance. We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
